By using our facilities, all members, guests, and visitors agree to abide by the rules outlined below.

Welcome to Play Sports Club. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for everyone, all members, guests, and visitors are required to follow the rules below. Non-compliance may result in removal, suspension, or a permanent ban without refund.

Football Pitch Rules

  1. 1Maximum number of players per 1-hour booking: 30 players
  2. 2Maximum number of players per 2-hour booking: 45 players
  3. 3At no time should more than 12 players (6 per team) be on the pitch simultaneously.
  4. 4Any event or tournament must be communicated to staff in advance for approval.
  5. 5No food on the pitch — only water and energy drinks are permitted.
  6. 6Proper sports attire required. No iron-studded boots — Astros and Moulded Studs only.
  7. 7No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances on or around the premises.
  8. 8Spectators must stay behind the netting in designated areas at all times.
  9. 9No climbing, pulling, or leaning on netting or structures.
  10. 10No loud music, littering, or loitering.
  11. 11All vehicles parked near the premises are at the owner's risk.
  12. 12Play Sports Club is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
  13. 13Threatening or abusive behaviour towards staff or other customers will not be tolerated.
  14. 14Non-compliance may result in immediate cancellation or removal without refund.

Gym Facility Rules

  1. 1Members must use the GymMaster App to access the gym at all times.
  2. 2Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
  3. 3Wear proper athletic attire and shoes at all times — NO CROCS permitted.
  4. 4Dispose of plastic water bottles in the bins provided.
  5. 5Return all gym equipment to designated areas after use.
  6. 6Use equipment responsibly and follow posted safety instructions.
  7. 7No children are allowed in the gym for safety reasons.
  8. 8No smoking, alcohol, or narcotics inside or around the gym.
  9. 9Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.
  10. 10Management reserves the right to deny entry or suspend membership for breach of rules.
  11. 11Lockers are for daily use only — items left overnight may be removed.
  12. 12Play Sports Club is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

General Conduct

  1. 1Treat fellow members and staff with respect and courtesy at all times.
  2. 2Comply with all health and safety instructions.
  3. 3Follow the guidance of Play Sports Club staff at all times.
  4. 4Anyone under the influence of intoxicants will be refused entry.
  5. 5Failure to comply with facility policies may result in suspension or permanent ban.
